- Nominations will be evaluated on a variety of benchmarks which may include the impact the candidate has had in their respective industries, how the nominee has improved the lives of clients, the candidates analytical skills, their experience of problem solving and a solutions focused mindset, their ability to mentor and inspire other cosmetic surgery professionals and their passion for innovation.
